DRESS FORM CHRISTMAS GIFTS

So these are the gifts I made for my sister in laws for Christmas. I got the idea from a UStream virtual crop that YourPaperPantry (it's a cool ning site) held in November. I know there are a ton of Youtube videos on these dressforms, this is just my take on it. You can find the dressforms at Michaels in the childrens wood craft section. It is originally intended to be used as a jewelery holder. There are holes that run through the shoulders and a dowel slides right across, I plugged up the holes with wood putty and sanded them smooth. You then paint, cover with paper and embellish away!!

    These are so cute! I love the idea of the wood putty; I didn't want to use the dowel so this is a great idea...thanks for sharing.

    Oh, these are TOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE!!!!! I have some BFF's on YT and FB that I need to send some goodies out to and these little cuties will be PERFECT. I HOPE my target and Michael's have some of these left.....I have a torn rotator cuff in my rt shoulder and heel spurs on my left fot, so going to the ortho doc tomorrow and I WILL hobble into both to get some of these MUST HAVES.

    Hi Yolanda,
    I live near Lexington, KY and spent the day going to the two (not so good) mikes that we have in Lex....next closest one is over 75 miles away and they had NO CLUE what I was talking about...ugh. If I pay for postage and for the forms themselves, is there a way I could get about 6 of them from you? They are just so darned cute and mikes does NOT have an online ordering system, or I would just order that way.
